I bought the e-bay setup. I've yet to install it though since I'm running e-street and don't want to change classes just for a wheel. Some people say they're fine, others hate them. The e-bay kit will give you a wheel, a hub adapter, and a quick release hub for around $50 shipped. Most people who prefer something of a higher quality go with the NRG quick release hub which runs a little over a $100

I have big legs so my two main goals were a smaller diameter wheel and a quick release hub. A lot of people complain of flex saying the wheel is cheaper but I haven't seen people showing the common motions you make with a wheel bending it just pushing and pulling, like you would in an accident. In that scenario I'd like the wheel to have a little give.
